The media has appointed her the leader of bulls because she has been bullish on the stock market since 1991. In January 1998, she incorrectly predicted slower market returns, but in 1996 and later in 1998 she correctly advised her clients to stay in stocks during a correction. Currently she remains bullish but is much more cautious.
